IF YOU ARE


* Educated with at least a bachelor’s degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, data science, or a related field
* Experienced with extensive experience in solution architecture, focusing on designing and deploying AI systems, particularly involving autonomous or agent-based frameworks
* Proficient in machine learning, deep learning, and multi-agent system design
* Skilled in problem-solving, communication, and leadership, with a proven ability to drive projects from concept through implementation
* Experienced in building functional/non-functional requirements
* Proficient in system design
* Experienced with complex migrations, including switching technology stacks, programming languages, and clouds
* Familiar with specialized agent-based frameworks or platforms (e.g., multi-agent reinforcement learning frameworks, autonomous agent systems)
* Demonstrated success in integrating AI solutions into enterprise-level environments
* Knowledgeable in managing security, data governance, and compliance in AI-driven projects
* Familiar with Agile methodologies and DevOps/MLOps practices
* Proficient in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)




AND YOU WANT TO


* Perform as an architect in the agentic professional services team, helping enterprise customers migrate existing codebases, tech stacks, and processes to agents
* Oversee the deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of agentic AI systems across cloud and on-premise environments
* Design and develop architectural frameworks for autonomous AI systems, including multi-agent ecosystems
* Translate business requirements into scalable, efficient, and secure technical solutions
* Collaborate with the Agentic Tools team and cross-functional teams to integrate advanced AI solutions into existing infrastructures
* Provide technical leadership and mentorship
* Ensure that best practices in AI and agent-based system development are consistently followed
* Evaluate and incorporate emerging AI technologies to enhance autonomous capabilities
* Design prototypes and launch pilot projects to validate innovative concepts before scaling them to full deployment, with a focus on the overall vision for full-scale implementation
