What you will do
- Develop and maintain long-term strategic account plans that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and delivering on expectations.
- Analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, continuously improving performance metrics.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- Extensive industry expertise, including market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment.
- Demonstrated track record of success in managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in account management, with a focus on building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, able to develop and implement long-term account plans based on data-driven insights.
- Customer-focused mindset, able to anticipate and understand the needs of customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, such as a startup, consultancy, or investment bank.
