We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive industry expertise in Fintech, a proven track record of success in managing key accounts, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain long-term strategic account plans that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and delivering on expectations.
  • Analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, continuously improving performance metrics.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

  • Extensive industry expertise, including market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in account management, with a focus on building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, able to develop and implement long-term account plans based on data-driven insights.
  • Customer-focused mindset, able to anticipate and understand the needs of customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, such as a startup, consultancy, or investment bank.
