Lead the definition and execution of corporate strategy, innovation initiatives, and sustainability programs that align long-term business goals with financial KPIs and ESG standards. Drive organizational transformation, foster an innovation culture, and ensure strategic projects deliver measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement corporate strategic plans (3–10 years horizon).
- Lead the design of innovation frameworks and methodologies (Agile, SIT, Lean).
- Align sustainability goals with corporate and financial KPIs.
- Coordinate cross-functional strategic projects to improve competitiveness and growth.
- Engage with executive leadership and board members to present strategic roadmaps.
- Monitor business environment, markets, and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop reporting standards (e.g., GRI) and governance structures for strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Innovation, Strategy, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in corporate strategy, innovation, and sustainability.
- Proven track record leading strategic planning processes in multinational environments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced English (C1).
Preferred Experience:
- Previous leadership in corporate innovation offices.
- Implementation of sustainability frameworks.
- International or regional exposure.
