We are seeking a highly proactive Virtual Assistant with strong skills in Web Development and Digital Marketing. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and capable of managing multiple digital tasks with minimal supervision. This role requires a combination of CMS web development, Google Ads management, and social media support.
Key Responsibilities
1. Web Development in CMS
• Build, update, and maintain websites using CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, or similar).
• Create new pages following branding and UX best practices.
• Update site layouts, content, images, and media.
• Ensure mobile responsiveness and browser compatibility.
• Implement basic on-page SEO (titles, meta descriptions, alt text, internal links).
• Troubleshoot minor technical issues within the CMS.
• Coordinate with the team to implement new features or improvements.
2. Google Ads Management
• Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
• Perform keyword research and build effective ad groups.
• Monitor daily performance and make optimization recommendations.
• Improve CPC, CTR, Quality Score, and overall campaign ROI.
• Set up and refine audience targeting strategies.
• Provide weekly performance reports on results, leads, and ad spend.
3. Social Media Content & Digital Marketing Support
• Produce high-quality content for Facebook and Instagram (reels, stories, graphics, captions).
• Plan and schedule weekly content across platforms.
• Research trends, hashtags, and competitor content.
• Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity.
• Assist with basic Canva or design-related tasks.
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance engagement and reach.
4. General Support & Communication
• Maintain clear, timely communication with the team.
• Work independently while managing deadlines and weekly deliverables.
• Provide creative suggestions and support digital initiatives.
• Assist with basic IT-related or technical tasks as needed.
Qualifications
• Experience building websites in CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, or similar).
• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals.
• Ability to create social media content (graphics, reels, stories).
• Basic knowledge of Canva or graphic design tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Experience in IT or technology-related tasks is a plus.
