We are looking for an experienced Senior Content Designer to join our team and own content outputs for our product initiatives. This role requires someone who is able to ramp up quickly on the business and user context and have a fast, positive impact.
In this role you will
- Own the execution of content design initiatives for one of our business lines.
- Partner with product designers to understand UX strategy and produce content strategy, content exploration and definitions for squad initiatives.
- Participate in research and usability testing projects within your squad, and translate learnings into near-term and long-term opportunities.
- Clearly tie your content approach and methods to a larger vision. Nimbly work within constraints, and propose creative solutions to help the team drive toward goals.
- Serve as the content design partner to the squad product designers, PMs and cross-functional stakeholders. Uphold a high standard of communication, collaboration, alignment, and execution.
- Show constant curiosity about analytics, identify knowledge gaps and translate them into content experiments that can elevate comprehension and quality of the user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on different teams such as Revenue, Legal, and Marketing to understand business goals and creatively align them to user solutions.
- Participate in hand-offs to engineering and design QA with impeccable organization and attention to detail.
- Leverage the brand’s voice, tone definitions and terminology in your content work to ensure consistency and comprehension in the user experience.

Qualifications
- Projects demonstrating your approach to solving a range of content design problems in different contexts.
- Experience related to communication strategies, information architecture, journey maps, user research.
- Expertise in content craft.
- Fluent in Spanish; professional proficiency in English. At Addi we run our day-to-day work in English, but our products are written in Spanish.
- Living in Colombia.
