Are you someone who combines empathy, attention to detail, and strong communication skills? We are looking for a Skilled Intake Specialist to become the first point of contact for clients navigating challenging legal and financial situations related to personal injury and pre-settlement funding.
In this role, you will support clients with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency while helping move their cases forward.
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with English and Spanish-speaking clients
- Gather and verify case information, including accident details, attorney contacts, insurance information, and case status
- Assess case eligibility and coordinate with the appropriate funding team
- Follow up with attorneys and law firms to obtain required documentation
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all client interactions
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with sensitive legal and financial information
- Provide compassionate and professional support throughout the client journey
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in a call center, intake, legal, or financial-related role
- Advanced English level with a neutral accent
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple active cases
- Ability to remain calm and empathetic in emotionally sensitive situations
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through
- Experience with pre-settlement funding or personal injury cases is a plus
